What We Do

A Holistic Approach:

Holistic treatment is based on the idea that any disease is a result of the physical, emotional, spiritual and environmental imbalance within a person.  At Faraja, we take into account clients’ psychological, physical and social needs, supporting their emotional as well as physical healing.

The first diagnostic report on cancer is emotionally overwhelming for patients and their loved ones. No matter how well informed they are, it is common to experience feelings of shock, doubt and uncertainty.  Many of the volunteers at Faraja are cancer survivors and are able to guide clients through the emotional rollercoaster on which they find themselves.
